All our food is labelled with specific allergens and all ingredients are listed below, however as we work in a kitchen where allergens are present, we can never guarantee 100% that our food is completely allergen free.

Sweet Dough - Bread Flour (contains GLUTEN), salt (anti caking agent, sodium ferrocyanide), sugar. Yeast contains -emulsifier, sorbitan monostearare, flour treatment agent (soya), ascorbic acid (vit c). Butter contains - MILK, salt. MILK, EGGS.

Savoury Dough - Bread Flour (contains GLUTEN), salt (anti caking agent, sodium ferrocyanide), sugar, Yeast contains -emulsifier, sorbitan monostearare, flour treatment agent (SOYA) ascorbic acid (vit c). Butter contains - MILK, salt. MILK, Eggs, Cheddar Cheese contains MILK. All purpose seasoning contains - paprika, CELERY, maltodextrin, salt, caster sugar, onion garlic, allspice, cumin, cayenne pepper, anti caking agent (silicone dioxide) parsley, black pepper, white pepper

Vegan Dough - Bread Flour (contains GLUTEN), salt (anti caking agent, sodium ferrocyanide), sugar. Yeast contains - emulsifier, sorbitan monostearare, flour treatment agent, (SOYA), ascorbic acid (vit c). Vegan egg replacer contains - potato flour, tapioca flour, cream of tartar, xantham gum, methylcellulose. OAT MILK - water, OATS , sunflower & rapeseed oil, calcium carbonate, acidity regulator, potassium phosophates, salt, vit D, vit B12, riboflavin, iodine. Dairy free butter contains- veg oils (sunflower, palm and linseed), water, salt, natural flavouring, vit E, A, D, B12 natural colour (carotenes).

Carnation caramel - contains - whole MILK, sugar.

Nutella - contains - sugar, palm oil, HAZLENUTS, fat reduced cocoa powder, dried skimmed MILK, whey powder (MILK), lactose (MILK), emulsifier (sunflower lecithins), natural vanilla flavourings.

Lemon curd - contains - EGGS, BUTTER, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, cornflour.

Lotus biscoff spread - contains -original caramelised biscuits (WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils - palm and rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate SOYA flour, salt cinamon) rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin) acid (citric acid).

Peanut Butter - contains PEANUTS, PEANUT oil, palm oil, cane sugar, sea salt.

Chocolate orange - contains sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, whey powder (from MILK), vegetable fats (palm/shea) MILK fat, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithins E476), orange oil, flavouring.

Meringue Pieces - contains sugar, pasteurised EGG white.

Vegan chocolate ganache - extra dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithins) SOYA milk ( water, hulled soya beans, tri calcium phosphate, stabiliser, natural flavouring, riboflavin, vitamins B12 D. Extra dark chocolate - contains cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithins), prepared to a vegan recipe - not suitable for dairy allergen sufferers due to manufacturing process.

Digestive biscuits - contains flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin) vegetable oil, wholemeal WHEAT flour, sugar, partially inverted sugar syrup, rising agents (sodium bicarbonate malic acid, ammonium bicarbonate) salt.

Mexicana (spicy cheddar) contains, cheddar cheese (MILK) chilli jam, raw cane sugar, red pepper, cider vinegar, onion chilli, lemon juice, garlic puree, sea salt, chilli flakes, jalapeno chilli granules, potassium sorbate.

Salami milano - contains pork, salt, sugar, dextrose, spices, garlic powder, antioxidant, ascorbic acid, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate.

Smoked Bacon - contains - pork, salt, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrate)
